What firm is that if you don't mind sharing

Traders with BMO Investorline and TD Direct Investing are not subject to PDT in Canada on US stocks or options. Nothing fishy, the brokers are legit and they are not setting themselves up for regulatory trouble - end of story.

• BMO market cap $41 Billion.
• TD market cap $80 Billion.

EDIT: You probably can add all Canadian brokers to the list - but I only trade with the above two.
