You do understand that getting rid of Roe did not get remove anyone's rights correct? The decision was actually mild as they could have outright banned abortion, but they did not.

Show where overturning Roe v Wade nationally removes a women's right to choose. ----Surely you realize that Roe v Wade wasn't even being adhered to anymore since the 1973 decision said that the state has an interest during the 3rd trimester, yet late term abortions have been allowed for many years. ---Roe V Wade was irrelevant anyway.
But who said anything about national abortion ban? Only extreme right wingers are for total ban, no exceptions for rape or for mother's life in danger.

The Supreme Court started with only 6 justices. Nine was set by Congress to match the 9 judicial circuits. There are now 13 judicial circuits.
