But majority of Republican leaders are opposed to first trimester abortion, for them life begins at conception unless the pregnant woman is their mistress. There are not even exceptions for rape and incest in big states like Texas, so what the generic Republican supports is clearly not translating into right wing legislation.

Show me a republican that remembers being alive in the first trimester of their life. Oh gee, guess what. They do not exist.

If anyone on this fucking planet could even IMAGINE what that life was like before they were born, I reckon it would sound like this...



Ask anyone on this planet if they recognize that sound today. They would say no. Ergo, they were not alive.

Bad analysis on your part. By upholding Miss Law, it automatically vacates Roe vs Wade since the 1973 decision allows abortions later than 15 weeks.
