Supreme Court does not initiate the cases. Ever. The case has to come through the system, and usually several appellate courts have to rule differently on the case.

Has there been a state law instituted and appealed forbidding buying and using contraception recently? Like in the last couple decades? Can you cite one?

Impeaching and removing justices is built into the constitution, court packing has also been done before - those just need political will.

Banning contraception on the other hand is not a legal matter but a misogynist fantasy of male Republicans who want traditional gender roles preserved.
