I would disagree with impeachment charges. It is totally within the courts power to rule on such matters. The fault here lies in us, the voting population and the politicians. We failed to protect the court from activist judges with ideological agendas.

We often discuss liberalism and conservatism from political philosophy instead of government philosophy. Even right wingers take for granted we are a small L liberal democracy, where the rights of the minority and the individual were protected. Now we are getting a taste of real conservatism. Not bean counting, free market conservatism but individual and minority oppressive conservatism. The real stuff and I have a feeling many people aren’t going to like it because this is just the beginning.
