US police kill more of its citizens than any first world nation so the problem isn't ''diversity'' hires.And please post a link to the law where the penalty for speeding or reckless driving is death by police beating.

Dont waste my time saying the death penalty does not work; works real well on those its used against.
Seldom do cops ever get convicted on a wrongful death; so those look like ''good kills'.'
