This was another @TreeFrogTrader ”countdown to” DACA ruling. He thought the ruling would go Trump’s way and force congress to legislate on Trump’s immigration terms.

In honesty, Donnie could rewrite the rescission and have non-racist language w/a semi-legitimate reason & give the appropriate notice.

So, what you’re missing is that Trump declared DACA illegal as a justification for ending DACA. This is where he ran afoul of the constitution. SCOTUS simply stated the executive branch does not have that power, which it obviously does not.

For the record, I personally have no desire to deport 700k kids. I really dont.
Even if SC ruled in favor, I doubt that would ever happen.

But, any fool can see the SC plays politics.

These 5-4 decisions basically say law and the interpretation of it is mainly a joke.

Is law as subjective as trading signals!?!?! say it aint so.
