You do know the ruling doesn’t address the baker’s refusal to serve gay people, right?
It was a very narrow ruling that found the Colorado civil rights commission treated the baker “harshly.”
I find it hard to believe any Supreme Court will allow for the denial of service of anyone in a business that is open to the public.
Just waiting for a follow-up ruling when a Muslim bakery refuses to create a wedding cake for a gay marriage.

If you think it is OK for the govt to compel a baker or an artist to create a work the way the govt seems fit... you have no right to call yourself a liberal.

I wouldn't expect a Muslim bakery to object to making that cake, it's the right wing Christians who are the intolerants.

I think the ruling is fair. Civil Rights organizations need to be neutral in these matters
So the argument about forcing Muslims serving halal food or Jews serving kosher food to serve pork is just stupid. If their product is halal or kosher then it would be against their business to serve pork. Now if a Muslim refuses to serve a Jew, or Vice versa then it would be against the law.
This is the same for trying to compel vegetarian restaurants to serve meat.
Now if you work in any establishment open to the public and they request something within your capabilities that you do regularly, that is usual, customary and reasonable then you have no right to deny them based on your beliefs.

1. Slavery... or forcing people do do things which are against their will.
This is one of the core issues with compelling players to stand for the national anthem.
Can the govt do it?
Can an private business force an employee to do it?
2. Freedom of speech to express oneself or not express oneself as they see fit.

3. Freedom of Religion

The govt should not be in the content business..that is freedom.

this is about whether a democracy or a republic or in general even a theocracy should force its ideas on others against their will.
luckily in the US we have a constitution. What do you have in your country which protects peoples rights from oppression?
