SCOTUS will never see a case concerning this election. Every case has been laughed out of all lower courts. I realize some of you want to destroy Democracy and the idea of everyone gets a vote, but it isn't going to happen.

Lawsuits involving States are heard in SCOTUS, not lower courts. The fact that Texas’ suit was put in the docket means it’s going to have it’s day in court.
