"WASHINGTON – The Supreme Court has ruled that white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., were unfairly denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision that high court nominee Sonia Sotomayor endorsed as an appeals court judge."

Can anyone imagine that if the shoe was on the other foot, say blacks passed the test and then it was thrown out because no whites could get the job, that Ginsburg would write this opinion? It's really laughable to even have to ask, isn't it?
