Supreme Court Blocks Vaccine Mandate

Three defeats in a row coming right up. Wayyy go go Joe. A hat trick. We knew you could do it.

I do believe that Joe has probably hit bottom on dem support. Every dem who has held on this long to either Joe or Kamal is off on the Mothership or in Jonestown. That type of voter does not tend to change much.

Independent voters are still hemorrhaging/sp though.

The interesting little development is that hispanic voters are now 50-50 dem-pub or getting there.

Hispanic Voters Now Evenly Split Between Parties, WSJ Poll Finds

That's huge. I've honestly not been following it this early. African Americans will be the last to fall, but fall they will.

You say sad for the health of our country. I say wonderful for the freedom its individuals are to be guaranteed by the Constitution.

As for what companies will do, the point is that it is now up to them what they want to do, and not Joe Biden.

I'm hoping employers cool it for a while on mandating vaccines for their employees. Over the next few months it should become better known and accepted that nobody should be taking the vaccines at all.

Well, not to pile on to Old Joe on a day like today, but the reason he is hustling for that voting rights bill is that he is losing support among blacks and his african american advisor groups are telling him he needs to have a win on that in order to have something to say for himself or to fire them up. Not looking good.

The african american vote, as we know, has to perform bigtime to make dem politics work. So you might see some poll that says that he still has 80% african american support and think he is still strong. Nope. The dem machine requires blacks and minorities to be up into the nineties AND TO SHOW UP AND VOTE. Not just tell a pollster that they support the dems. We already have the lead voting rights advocate and a national black leader (Stacey Abrams) saying that she could not show up for a rally with Biden because she was getting her oil changed that day. Watch for the small signs. Well, Stacy would be a rather BIG sign but you know what I mean.

Based on the commentary while the case was heard.... the decision was expected. Not much surprise from anyone. Sad however for the health of our country. The question is what will individual large companies do about vaccine mandates. Many already have them in place. United stating that since they mandates vaccines they no longer have employee deaths every week.

also; told ya:

You do do realize that they are only waiting for a final ruling from the U.S. 6th Circuit Court which will then go to the U.S. Supreme Court. The U.S. Supreme Court has been very supportive of requiring vaccination in their recent actions.

Nearly every large U.S. business is currently gearing up in preparation of this mandate being put into place.
You actually think Donnie's/McConnell's/federalist society nominations that you cheered for will rule against corporate America don't you?
Over 60% of executives strongly support vaccine mandates for the workplace. Go see the Mandatory Vaccination thread for many citations.

Have you missed the MANY articles I have posted about this in the "Your Mandatory Covid-19 Vaccine" thread.

Very simple to find the multiple articles in this thread. For example...

Two-thirds of business leaders back Biden vaccine mandate: poll
https://thehill.com/business-a-lobb...thirds-of-business-leaders-back-biden-vaccine

Even small business owners support the vaccine mandate...
64% of small-business owners support a federal vaccine mandate

Just how many times do I have to post the same stuff over and over to amuse you.
It is sad that you are incompetent and incapable of performing a simple search.

You dont get many things right, do you?

A private employer can put a vaccine mandate in place if they wanted to... the issue here was the federal government mandating private employers to do so or get a huge fine from the federal government. A huge overreach compared to other ways they mandate safety protocols in the workplace. This was DOA when it popped up and only a matter of time befofe SC got to weigh in on it.
