This is the scenario Putin is dealing with right now.

Currently, the DNC panders to black against white hatred (racism, bigotry) to secure, at the high water mark, 90% of the black block (they wish it was a block). That is fast eroding but is a testament to the DNC use of racism to grab power. This is more in line with what the Nazis did to get political power. In those days, years of rhetoric spilled out into violence against Jews.

Nowadays, years of demonization of the white race is spilling out into violence in the US, and internationally with the Russian-Ukraine-US conflict. Russia's pushback is very much about the US and it's eight year rhetorical war on white christian culture with Putin as it's figurehead. As it's figurehead, Putin has been the chief target of DNC rhetoric.
