Can anyone point me at some good sites ( preferably free that give calculated support and resistance levels for the e-minis ( specifically ES )

Depends on what you define as S and R. Some ppl use Pivots Points, which you can find here http://www.deltat1.com/DailyNotes/dailynotes.aspx
