You can’t use SD on illiquid stuff like you did.

You need to remember that Supply and Demand analysis is based on understanding institutional order flow.

If you’re using SD zones, use it ONLY on the most liquid markets such as FX, indices, and mega caps where the order flow is dictated by institutional trading desks.

Here is a chart with proper Supply zone.

An IPO priced near $5+ close $2 area 1st week.
I dont see anything confusing; EPS of 1 meaning 99%of stocks do better.
WHAT demand??
Its like Larry Mint Hite said\would you want to buy a buggy whip co, that got cheaper + cheaper?? I would not, but I like a profit plan for a business.:caution::caution:

so basically SD zones should be used when a stock trades on high volume on a daily basis ?

Those charts you included are too damn small to make anything out

Does demand exist - Yes

Does supply exist - Yes

Otherwise there is no mkt - period

Price going up = buying = demand

Price going down = selling = supply

SHTF events notwithstanding

Big money (whatever term one wants to label it with) = is what moves price (ultimately)

They also do their dead level best to cover their intentions till they ready to move it - and typically what forms a range prior to price breaking out and moving off

Mkt 101 (been this way since the tulip trade)

Inventory is accumulated..., marked up..., sold off / shorts established

then

Inventory is distributed .., marked down..., then covered / bought - in an effort to do these two all over..., and over..., and over -

It spans all TFs

Again SHTF notwithstanding - mkt prices everything in - except surprises

Volume is a data point (be surprised how they try and hide that as well)

There's your strawman - where you take it from here - is on you

Good \
except some institutions aren't much good for profit
C\citigroup= penny stock \
reverse split 10 times so its a penny stock $41.06= $4.106. [priced in US $]
May make a bit more on an overpriced penny stock like that perhaps\ some may not realize that is reverse split + some charts dont disclose that LOL:D:D
