Faster,

While I enjoy your humor (and I genuinely mean that), if you believe yourself to be the alpha and omega of all this shit than I would have to say that you are the foolish one my friend...

PEACE and good trading,
Commisso

no chas, not categorical proof. this is not required for the rational creature. but a strong case can be and has been made against this god supposition. that is all that is required, necessary and sufficient.

I thought we had moved beyond this, faster.

Let's scroll back a few posts and ask ourselves:

Who is angry.
Who is incoherent.
Who is unable to maintain civility.
Who is displaying repressed fear.

Who is afraid of God.

You.

i have done as you requested dark, i scrolled back and then proceeded to ask the tough questions. the answer to your query is

...you

i, fear NOthing

OK, Faster. What you have described is faith -- the acceptance of a premise as fact in the absence of categorical proof. You are welcome to your faith. Just see it for what it is.

ROFL

If you actually believed in opening your eyes to strong and rational cases, rather than shallow reliance on the physical and the temporal, you would be on your knees begging forgiveness of the one who shall deal with you.

p.s. you have distinguished company- Sartre was terrified too.
As he should have been.
Your terror is hidden wisdom, faster. Listen well.

no chas, that is what YOU have done. you are The Believer, not i. i am the skeptic. i believe what is reasonable, rational, logical. not some child's fairy tale. i gave it up with 'puff the magic dragon".

Faster, listen to yourself. You believe, I believe. You cannot disprove God's existence, so you choose to not believe it. It has nothing to do with facts, but everything to do with preferences.

LMAO, i prefer "shallow reliance on the physical" to angels dancing on the head of a pin. (btw dark, how many angels ARE on the head of a pin?)

you see, i like a good solid footing to keep my head out of the clouds.
