SUNW under valued?

This stock has yet to recover from the .com boom from its hay days of ~$60 to a shody ~$3 to ~$6 a share for the last 5 years. With a Mkt Cap: of 21.21B I'm not really sure why Sun is still trading at an all time low is SUNW a good move for long term investors?
 
NO SUNW is a terrrrrriiibllle stock

Too much dilution. Too many shares. Too many daytraders moving in and out so the stock cant make meaningful gains.

Also SUN had its momet in the sun in the 90's. Those days are over. Out with the old; in with the new.
