SUNW and KKR

Does anybody have an opinion on the 8-k filed by SUNW earlier denoting a $700 million transaction from KKR holdings to SUNW?

To me it looks like classic KKR...buy low and restructure, but the whole thing seems pretty sketch...maybe Sun is getting into the drug trafficking business. Long on heroin! (I'm kidding.)

Any opinions?

They purchased convertibles...For you longs, hopefully they don't go short and convert to cover! But that would be more Citadel style and Sun appears to have better footing right now.
