Suggestion for 'Neutral' rating choice for brokers review

Hi admin,

I just posted a broker review, and I noticed there is no 'neutral' rating to choose, just 'recommended' or 'not recommended' .

How about enabling a third choice of 'neutral', I think this might be good, because sometimes our experience might not be too special to recommend a broker, and might not be too unpleasant to choose the thumbs down choice either. It's entirely possible that someone has a so-so or average kind of experience and wants to rate the broker accordingly and tell others accordingly, including finally giving a 'neutral' rating.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will certainly take it into consideration on the next revision of the ratings service.
