Does anyone know exactly when price limits were lifted for Sugar 11 Futures on NYBOT/ICE/NYCC&SE ?

I have not been able to find a definitive answer on the web. I assume it was probably either when the NYBOT was formed or when the ICE took over everything?

Why do you want to know that information? Is it of any use?

If ttading outright like I do I consider markets with price limits as higher risk becuase if caught on wrong side you can't get out. Now imagine a nightmare scenario market opens limit price 5 days in row.
