Suddenly restricted Short Sale shortly after earnings - GMCR

GMCR came out with earnings that took the stock from $40 to $49.00 in the AH. Trading was light in 1,2.....5 hundreds.

I moused over the ticker and TWS said there was 5.2 million shares available at 1.00% rate. An hour later, the shares are put on short sale restriction until the 18th.

Why is is it on short sale retriction? It popped 20% and there is 5.2 million available. What is going on?

It was on restriction from the day before, November 17. The fact that the restriction sign was not there is a bug which was resolved.
