Again, that is about abuse of power and public office, not Burisma. And that investigatio has nothing to do with the allegations against Hunter Biden or Joe Biden.

Please follow along, Zlochevskyi was head of Burisma. Hence it's related to Burisma investigations.

I never said that either Biden was directly involved in any corruption. The question in my mind is if Hunter works for a corrupt Burisma because he carries influence with VP Biden that's a problem. If the money paid to Hunter was tied to fleecing of Ukraine the nation, then the money could indirectly be US aid money that is circling back to the Bidens.

The recirculating of donor money was a favorite method during the Obama years. Solyndra et al.

If you’re truly concerned about Russian money in American politics funneled through Ukrainians I suggest you start with Giuliani, Parnav and Fruman then Nunes, Sessions and the RNC.

There are other as or more likely scenarios in regard to what Burisma wanted from the useful idiot, Hunter. Although influencing Joe would clearly be one of them.

But the other- more passive but powerful- role that they wanted Hunter to play was that of being a human shield. ie. even without Hunter actively trying to influence the U.S via Joe they knew that Burisma was being investigated/subject to more investigation and that Hunter's mere presence would make the Americans and Ukrainians think very, very hard about whether they wanted go down that road because it implicated high profile Americans in DC. One does not have to establish that Hunter had active interactions with Joe about Burisma in order to establish that he was nevertheless a useful idiot being used to achieve a corrupt purpose.

Now, this is not my first time at the rodeo here on the forum so I can see the usual suspects rising to say that this is just a conspiracy theory that I pulled out of my arse. But good luck with that. Memos/texts have been uncovered and more are being uncovered that directly and clearly show that the DOJ was having planning/collaborative meetings to figure out- during the Obama era- how to approach- if at all- the investigation of Burisma given that the Vice President's son worked there. In addition memos/texts are in hand and have been exposed that show that the New York Times was similarly working on the story/issue but ultimately backed off when the DOJ backed off. I posted the video of Laura Ingrahams coverage of that and said that you can dismiss it by saying that it is fox, but good luck dismissing the texts she showed. And then I said MORE TO COME. And indeed there is.

Those texts clearly show the DOJ having meetings at the White House/West Wing whatever with lots of Ukrainian and DOJ types to figure out how to deal with this in a way that did not hurt the administration/VP. White House logs show that the "host" who signed in that crew that was meeting to discuss the matter was none other than Eric Ciarmella. Process that one.

Thus we already know that the Burisma goal of having Hunter Biden serve as a human shield was effective because the Obama administration was clearly struggling and having to strategize how to deal with Burisma given that Hunter was there.

I read Schiff stated on the floor they will be arguing the same points over and over.

I trusted you once when you told me to go read something.
It add nothing to the knowledge base.
I realize it was just a device for you when you had nothing else.

You are going to have to make the argument yourself.

At one point I was hoping they would take Trump out... because to me he as governed like Jeb Bush would have governed.

Trump's decorum is an embarrassment. Democrat b.s. is intolerable.
Unless they produce something real ... this has a strong chance of hurting them at the ballot box.

I am not sure if you are woke enough to notice... but this anti trump impeachment drumbeat is only coming from safe democrat districts.

I have seen nothing about this from the our democrat congressman in my district.
