Finland fines driver $60,000 for going 14mph over the speed limit. In Finland, traffic fines are based as a percentage of income. This guy made 7MM last year.

Not surprisingly to anyone with a brain (not liberals), he is now considering moving out of the country.

Don't think the same thing doesn't happen here. Washington Nats outfielder Jason Werth got five days in jail for speeding. No alcohol, no drugs, no chase, no fight with the officer, no priors that I'm aware of. His main offense seemed to be being rich and driving a Porsche.
