I don't even know what to do with this quite yet. First set of 10-gig cards... Been pairing & bonding 1000mbit links to 300-400mbps and that's been enough but this is crazy.

Now I need to figure out how to get switch traffic and HDD I/O up to 40gbps sustained.

^^^ Picked up a couple of those (well 8 cards really ) on Cyber Monday. They make a huge difference when you have >30 VMs running on a single host all trying to access the same data, NAS, etc.
