Not crazy, it is just you don't know constitutional law but most Americans don't so I wont hold it against you haha.
Putting this case aside for a second the 14th amendment reads:
No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
14th amendment applies to all people in those highlighted clauses, not just citizens.
So they are floating in the grey waste of what they call "legal purgatory". They are neither legal nor illegal.

You are just parroting dog whistle topics. Illegal immigrants do not have access to social services simply due to the fact that they do not have social security numbers. Perhaps a minority can game the system through fraudulent numbers, but then they are just paying into a system where they cannot ever claim a benefit.

Ahh geez, here we go. My argument to you on that is that the sentences, as written, apply only to citizens. The founding fathers screwed up by not specifically saying "citizens" in every part of the paragraph. It's like the 2A argument about People and Militia.
