Like other expensive real estate it has been on the market for a few years, it was initially on the market for $12.1M if memory serves me right. It is still listed for $10,950M on Private Islands Inc., website.

That truly is stunning. And most of all, classy. Some of these expensive real estates sometimes come off as a little gaudy, but this one is truly elegant.
