Stuff Keeps Getting Cheaper

I never buy new cars or trucks, let rental car agencies eat the first year depreciation and they only keep them up to eighteen months. They keep good maintenance on them and you get a better deal.
nothing drives like a rental!

I ended up buying a crate motor..., plan is to swap it out and drive for another 10 years

Its been maintained meticulously..., and except for a few door dings - no complaints

Hell..., may even splurge a little and get it painted - would still have money left over

earl scheib $99.00 special - here I come

And that is why I been working on 100 year old cars, they had one color, LOL Motor is light enough two guys can lift out in parts. I like the pre 1934 cars, they were Classics to me.

early scheib LOL He still in business?

Bingo. It is a ponzi scheme. Inflation is also like being able to continuously get a new credit card with a higher credit limit in order to pay off the old card and continue playing the game. Not sure why more people don't realize this.
the question is at what point should people/society care?
