Should this surprise anyone? Donald Trump directly addressed a concern at the top of many people's list that most other politicians were unwilling to touch.
Another thought... the largest group to switch from voting for Obama in 2012 to Trump in 2016 was long-term legal immigrants (now citizens) in the U.S. Somehow this seemed to surprise the New York Times and some other publications.
Exactly. We need an immigration policy for 2017. The one we have needs to be reviewed, revised and updated to reflect a twenty-first century world, and saying so doesn't make me a racist, bigot, anti-Islamic, or any other god damn label the left can come up with. Democrats failed to address this reality, and that drove some votes towards the guy who did address it. DUH
And negotiating a discount for them!
It's about the balance of power. Now their enemies need to buy an equal amount of first class weapons and we are the only source.
I never voted much... can't stand the introvert-lawyers that are the elites, best not to encourage them. But Trump actually wanted to take control of the southern border away from cartels and put it in the hands of the Federal Government. I thought "what a concept, why didn't i think of that?" And then there is the muzzie thingy: Who wants to bring in a lot of people that have a book they take seriously that tells them it's ok to cut off my arms, cut off my head, tax me and demand payment in gold no less... I don't want them near me but maybe that's just my personal preference, no?
