Your first two bullets have the same meaning. Body mass is dependent on calories alone ...the source of those calories is irrelevant to the calculations.
Insulin resistance is very dependent on body mass. So it is also related to your first two bullets.
So how does this prove your thesis that meat eaters live longer because meat is inherently bad for you??
