Study: No Carbs should be in Post Workout Shake

I don't keep track, I just eat a lot of veggies and fruits as well as mixing legumes and grains which provide a full protein profile. I also eat a fair amount of seafood and poultry.

"Fair amount" sounds about right. Why even think about commercial "protein powder"? Ground up..what??? You don't and can't know.
 
Don't get me wrong, when it's time to have BBQ ribs, I enjoy them without a shred of guilt. :D
Oh please, I am trying to kick that bad habit. I've scarfed them 5X/month for last 8 yrs or so. Put 30lbs of fat on me.. :(but took several thousand lbs of ribs to do it I eat 2 or 3 portions each time:)
