"Fair amount" sounds about right. Why even think about commercial "protein powder"? Ground up..what??? You don't and can't know.I don't keep track, I just eat a lot of veggies and fruits as well as mixing legumes and grains which provide a full protein profile. I also eat a fair amount of seafood and poultry.
One thing can be sure of it will consist of a CHEAP source.It was a topic of discussion, I don't use the stuff.

Oh please, I am trying to kick that bad habit. I've scarfed them 5X/month for last 8 yrs or so. Put 30lbs of fat on me..Don't get me wrong, when it's time to have BBQ ribs, I enjoy them without a shred of guilt.![]()
