WIth the inability to sell bonds and increasing default rates, wtach this be a morning news show topic this fall. Many students WILL NOT get loans because the cash is not available.

Another swing on the teeter-totter.
 
It's an attempt to have less college educated Americans and dumb down America even further, where most of the people are making $8 an hour. Then the companies can outsource even further to India and China, since there will be very few qualified workers here, pay them less than here, and earn a higher profit.

It's a grand plan to eliminate the middle class.
