This is a big deal and something that needs to be clarified because if that’s it then this certainly was a politically motivated firing.

Nope. More than enough on the record and openly known to support firing him LONG AGO.

In addition, the FBI has information beyond what is publicly known but will probably have to release it over time under court order.

I see that since he is only 48 he lost his early bird special retirement benefits too as McCabe did. Good. In an ideal world, he and McCabe would not need it in prison anyway.

And another big settlement win courtesy of John q public when he files suit on unlawful termination over 1st amendment grounds.
 
They should go after him with a vengeance and bankrupt him via legal bills. Just like his side would do and has done

Weak. McCabe was fired for lying to the IG - that’s cause. Sending text messages with political opinions isn’t. At least not normally.

You never know, I’m interested and so should you be. If the fbi terminated him for an actual cause, such as acting with bias in an investigation that should be neutral that is substantial. On the flip side, if they fired him for expressing political views on a government issued phone then that is not consistent with past practices and would suggest his termination was politically motivated.

No 1st Amendment right to plot to control the outcome of an election on government time.

Also, keep in mind that the government has ten of thousands more of his emails than have not yet been released and the FBI is trying to avoid having to explain why he has not already been fired- especially when those texts and emails are released.

Strzok can have all the fun he wants with his wrongful termination/go fund me shit. Let's see how much fun he has if he is indicted. Same for McCabe.
