Strong stocks

I think we are going to have a great earning season..of course bad management like AA...it doesn't matter if they are in a good sector, they still can't grow and loosing to competitors.....

AMZN AAPL CSCO..etc..all have great management..buy a stock the first thing to look at is MANAGEMENT.........abitity to win and be the best in any situation..any..

My rule sof good management.

1. Customers are queens/kings
2. Feedbacks are gifts
3. Insipre your people to WANT to do the best job. We are all win or dye together. No personal interest. We all speak the same language, vision/values/goals/objectives. Inspire innovation...in any business there is innovation...I have so many ideas in this area

4. Consistency/trust: walk the talk.

5. Resposibility, respect, results.....as a leader you are respomsible for your customers but also shareholders, the business environment, our country reputation...


well..will write more....love management....love to manage....sorry I type so quickly because my mind is always full of ideas..and need time to do research...I love to share so we ALL can make money...the sky is the limit......

Buy put to protect our shares. I never believe in doing this because at the end of the day we don't really win...After we do research/homework, if we are not sure then stay out of the stock/stocks/mrkt. We can always get back in when we see it clearly (more) and more comfortable. Same with shorting stocks.

We need to have confidence in our decisions. If we make mistakes, we lear..keep trying and we will grow and do beter..better..
