fmkt is my best stock trade ever point wise. back in the ipo craze i had 11 accounts to try to get pre ipo shares. i got 100 fmkt pre ipo for around 20 bucks. that stock opened something like 240.

ARBA announces a definitive agreement to acquire FMKT. Under the terms of the agreement, stockholders of FMKT will receive 2.25 ARBA common shares and $2.00 in cash for each outstanding FMKT common share. Based on the closing price of ARBA common stock on Jan 22, the transaction is valued at approx $493 mln.
