I think he means RICK has the first "Bro's and Ho's" strip club chain (Whitey not welcome).

African American Club is CLUB ONYX. It is the first of it's kind in the U.S.
Girls pay a fee to perform at these clubs since they get huge amount of tips. Thus, the businesses have little in the way of employee expense.

Say what you will but the trend is up for PTT and RICK. Even on down days in the market, they have been up or flat lately. You will thank me someday if you get in.
