Well, the 20% limit would be in effect during the post-close ETH I suspect. So it could never be a 30% drop during ETH.
BUT! What happens if there is a 20% drop in post-close...Can there be another 20% drop in pre-open, or is the 20% limit in effect for the pre-open on next trading day?
Yes. sometime around 2016.
They kind of should be if anyone else is, it's a bigger disadvantage in life than almost anything else you're born with.
