I live in florida and I know real cubans and I know they don't walk around calling white people nigga, voting democrat for president, and defending evil dictators while they trash the U.S. It takes a stupid spoiled asshole to do things like that.

Dotslash, you have so much common sense as to ASSUME how I vote? You, my little narrow minded moronic friend, know absolutely nothing about me. Which is a GOOD thing for me.
However, just to prove how your inaccurate and worthless your assumptions are, I actually actively campaigned for a REPUBLICAN candidate when I was more politically active.
Unlike what you would do if you were old enough to vote, I vote for the candidates that I believe will do the best job. I try to be an INFORMED VOTER when I enter the voting booth.
I am sure it would be a safe bet that when you do turn 18, and you get to vote, you will just look for the Fascist Party column, and vote right down the line.
Did I say you? Don't make erronoeous assumptions yourself. In any event, you've heard about guys that claim they were "In country during Tet" or some such crap, except that they would have only been 14 years old. And other clowns running around saying they "won The Medal" yet don't know the colors of the ribbon.
So don't mind a few questions; too many outlaws out there.
It's a shame this thread has degenerated into personal attacks and "neocon vs. liberal" foolishness.
If you give it some thought you might realize that while those in power have us calling each other names and arguing over labels, they're in the back room counting your money, smoking cigars and laughing at the suckers that work until June each year to fund their cocktail receptions, porkbarrel projects, and entitlement schemes, pay for their bodyguards and interns, and send them on "sightseeing tours" in private jets.
THEY, collectively, are responsible for policies that have made international targets out of their citizens. They have antagonized people all over the globe, from Ecuador to Vietnam. They have amassed a tremendous national debt to be delivered to your grandchildren. And now another war and $200 Billion more debt are needed for their latest adventure, and presumably to provide an excuse for the next tax increase.
Point: ALL politicians lie -- this should have nothing to do with "liberal" or "conservative" - we are talking about war: preserving our future, killing people, destroying lives, and thinking a little bit deeper than 10 sec. soundbytes from criminals like Daschle and Armey...
