I'm not arguing your less is more position. You have a convert in me. I'm in the gym half as much and getting stronger, have better muscle tone, gained 10 pounds without adding anything to my waistline. You da man. What I am trying to point out is that while at least average strength is required for this "warrior" building, endurance and agility are considerably more important. You can't get that with weight lifting alone, and building mental toughness...that's another game in and of itself.
