Hello ! , 12 years later , I am back.
My trading idea : Will issue on specific time.
Information and Suggestions :
-1) Charts , 15-Min & 1-Hr time frame
-2) New York time zone.
-3) Stop loss at previous besides. Resisting&Support Levels
-4) Take Profit Upon one's prefer , such as Fibonacci Level , besides R/S Level , more less more safety.

after 12 years, no one likes your post.
Sad to say but trading is not for everyone.
Do consider giving up trading and doing another thing.
Go be a surgeon, dentist, banker, accountant, trading coach .... but not a trader.
After 12 years, you still don't know what is the big event/news.
You are still unable to determine which futures to trade.
You totally failed to realize bombs are dropping in Ukraine.
Stock index futures, crude oil, Natural gas .... are moving very massively.
Eurjpy does move but not that much.
