I think he posts his call usually when he thinks an impending move. This one (long 3:00 EST) a good one was posted 7 minutes before, I got it on my browser 11:53 Pm PST. to take effect 12 midnight PST (3:00 EST)
You are right in your observation since the previous 2 shorts were given to take affect at the same time 21:30 est on Sunday and Monday, they were couple of hours premature but a good ones. This guy is stubornly focused.
