Strategy Test System Software?

Does anyone know of a charting software package where you can go back in time and move the chart forward one candle at a time to manually test a trading strategy? I do not want strategy
testing software that involves programing. thx

TradeStation does that perfectly, you can just ignore the whole strategy part of it. No programming required, just click the mouse to move forward one period.

Anyway to obtain access to Tradestation software for test purposes free? If not, buying is the software is pretty spendy correct?
