Strategy design in Strategy Runner, rightedge, or Ninja Trader

I'm trying to program this really simple strategy that I already run in TT X Trader Pro in Strategy runner, Rightedge or ninja Trader and have been unsuccessful.

Are there any resources I can use that quickly program this strategy into any of these platforms?

The strategy is running fine in X Trader Pro Autotrader

I am new to Strategy runner/ rightedge / tradestation and don't know where to start programming.

Eg strategy:

Place working order 100 ticks below open price on 15 min chart.

If filled, then profit limit order and stop loss orders are placed.
 
The ninja trader documentation is a good place to start.
