Strange Bug - IBKR

I experience a very strange bug i haven't seen before.

Got a short position in ORPH this morning, but can't close it.
It shows orders transmitted and acknowledged by exchange (ISLAND, ARCA, DRCTEDGE all tried).

Status green and seems all good (no price cap or something, and working extended hours).
But the order is not executed, and not showing up in orderbook.
Even if i try a limit higher than ask, it just sits green in TWS....

All other stocks seem to work fine...
Also sell orders on ORPH work fine... very strange...

Anyone else had such an issue before?


PS:
Good thing i have a 2nd account at different broker and hedged the position, so i will just try to close out later...


Edit: If i enter the order with limit a lot lower, i can see it show up in orderbook. Maybe some strange price control algo, with a bug.

I once had a similar issue. On calling their helpdesk, I was told one of their server farm was recycling. After sometime, if started working fine.
 
It seems to be an issue at the backend. Try getting in touch with their customer support team because that’s what comes to your rescue in the end.
