I did that one with my AOL email(many years ago when I had AOL email-I don't use AOL any more).

I recorded my own voice with the free sofware called "sound recorder" that comes free with all Windows computers. A person can record up to 5 minutes of sound with it. Which is perfect for strategy runner recordings for the buy and sell signals. :)
