History experts are relevant “determiners” of who is a better President? That is an individual decision based on their own assignment of weight given to the various issues that are important to them.
One of the Left’s ploys is to “appeal to a higher authority” by assigning and elevating an “authority” on an issue, related in some way (or not) to that authority. They then use that authority to attempt to promote their agenda. “Here you go, we found someone smart enough to do your thinking for you”.

Obama hasn't achieved anything during his presidency.
Obama care is a mess.
Foreign policy is bad (attacked Syria and so on for the purpose of Islamisation).
Destroyed US allies in the middle east who fought against ISIS.
On the other hand, Trump has cut taxes, bring back millions of jobs (as claimed), getting along with Russia, China and possibly North Korea, stock market boomed.
EDIT: I think majority of the people couldn't care less about his affair, that too before his presidential. He is not in the religious business.

Trump has not completed even half of his first term yet. Why is he being compared to historical Presidents right now?
He doesn't need an entire term for Americans and historians to know what a horrible President he is.
Sounds to me like this is propaganda searching for credibility. If Americans already know that Trump is such a bad President, why does this “fact” have to be pointed out?
