Nonsense. A stop order should ALWAYS get filled if the stop level is triggered. A stop limit is a different story.

And the stop was definitely triggered? Then if both your buy size and stop order size is identical and IF you were willed the same size than your buy order you should never be net short. Contact IB customer service and inquire about it. Here on this site you only get stupid responses from people who don't even want to understand your scenario. Go to the broker and get a definitive answer. This website is for fun and giggles not to resolve trade execution issues.

Tried 2 times already with the Order Execution Department, and everytime it takes a long time to get response, and the first time they always said "It was executed", well that because i closed it manually, and told me i have to send ticket which will take days, last week's problem also not responded, frustrating.
I guess i am posting this just to know if this happen to many people with SSR stock on IB, also to see if IB management will take notice with their problem.
I know they are scared to admit the problem because this is really bad for their reputation
