How do you know that it should have been triggered? Can you show the trigger price of your stop order and the price of the stock?
There are serious issues that are discussed on this website by knowledgeable people. Obviously you don't know how to use this website.
Tried 2 times already with the Order Execution Department, and everytime it takes a long time to get response, and the first time they always said "It was executed", well that because i closed it manually, and told me i have to send ticket which will take days, last week's problem also not responded, frustrating.
I guess i am posting this just to know if this happen to many people with SSR stock on IB, also to see if IB management will take notice with their problem.
I know they are scared to admit the problem because this is really bad for their reputation

A Stop order is an instruction to submit a buy or sell market order if and when the user-specified stop trigger price is attained or penetrated. A Stop order is not guaranteed a specific execution price and may execute significantly away from its stop price. A Sell Stop order is always placed below the current market price and is typically used to limit a loss or protect a profit on a long stock position.

Ah, how do you manipulate the market by sending a stop order with odd lot order? What you are saying makes zero sense. I can send a 33,333 usdcad buy stop into the market and the broker is obligated to fill me when my stop is triggered. Same with stocks. What are you talking about?

You are probably confusing a thing or two: the issue with odd lots is only that the stop triggers on the next ROUND LOT that trades above buy stop level. Has nothing to do with whether the stop order itself is odd or round lot. Sec regulation is very clear on that.

DO NOT trade until your inquiry is completely attended to. Otherwise you yourself directly communicate that you dont care whether they resolve your issue or not. Try the chat rather than phone. Check your log file first and identify the exact stop order you submitted with order ID, stop price, underlying security, and time stamp. If they still don't resolve your issue then they obviously don't care about your account. BTW, I never had stop orders not honored. I might not have been satisfied with the fill price but the stop always triggered the times I used such order type.
