Stop Loss Order Returns More Loss

Your holding over news, the market went from 0 to 20 say in 2seconds, your SL triggered remotorly not on your PC, they place a market order and by the time it gets filled your down an extra 10pts, it sucks but part of trading, so learn to live with it sadly.

I know of a lot of traders not using stops.
