Stone gets 40 months

Roger Stone should appeal his case to the higher courts. I think there is a good chance he can have the ruling overruled and the case thrown out. This was a witch hunt like the impeachment, kangaroo courts the Democrats launched in the House.

Sen. Lindsey Graham agreed the trial and sentence for Roger Stone had been fair — but suggested President Donald Trump should pardon him, anyway.

Graham found the disposition of the case just, but signaled to Trump that he was also justified in undoing the prosecution through his pardon powers.
 
Confirmed today, Trump was trying to get Assange to lie for him about Russia not being involved with a pardon. Lets not bother with the Rohrabacher may have been acting alone, in a week тя☭мρ will proudly admit to having asked him to do it.

“I spoke to Julian Assange and told him if he would provide evidence about who gave WikiLeaks the emails I would petition the president to give him a pardon,” Rohrabacher said.
 
I despise Roger Stone.

He is a combination of bully and clown that I cannot abide. He has a big mouth.

Having said that I think he will appeal and have a second trial. I think President Trump will commute the resultant sentence if there is one. I don't see a full pardon for this guy.

The strange part, for me, is that the judge went ahead and sentenced Stone regardless of the clear evidence that the foreperson of the jury was severely biased and tainted. She should have ruled on that FIRST.
