stocks under 1$ with IB TWS

Hi,

I have some shares of a Nasdaq stock which is currently trading in the 1-2 cent range.

TWS won't let me place sub penny orders even though the stock trades on $.0001 increments on the Nasdaq.

I get the error message that "price does not conform to the price variation of .01 for this contract".

Is this a bug that needs to be fixed or is there a setting I can change somewhere to allow me place sub penny trades?

why can't I sell a 1 cent stock at a cent and a half?

every ecn other than arca allows sub penny trading, why won't IB let me enter these orders?
