If it's an EV, any company will do. Tesla EV has an EV ecosystem. Google has android. Why is Google not giving its android to GM, Ford and Chryler? This is why AAPL is trying hard to get into EV as the iOS ecosystem is already there. Before iPhone, AAPL had iTune ROKR from Motorola. Just stick a phone into an iTune and walla... iPhone and the rest is history.
