investics,

Your four picks for today are egregiously late, sir.

Your buy points on some of these should have been as much as 2 months ago.

Thanks for your comment.

Well as stated these are in my watch list, I am not buying them. I like to have a super watch list that have done well recently and see if they continue their trend.

Hey! I am sure the readers can benefit if you could share with us how you spotted them a few months ago...

Thanks for your time...

I use home grown indicators to tell me when price is overextended. Hence the green and red bars.

I can collaborate with u to compare TA techniques any time u wish. I will be following the thread.

Caveat Emptor

:)

A simple check list, I like to follow:

Never make any buys in the first 45 minutes of trading, I learnt this from a hedge fund manager.

I make most of my buy sin the last 15 minutes before market close.

I have COMPLETELY stopped listening to CNBC and the Gurus thereof.

Never hold more than 8 stocks or Etfs or Mutal Funds at any give time.

Always have stop losses in place, a simple rule of thumb is to set 7% trailing stop.

Always have an overall idea of where the broader market is. I suggest you read this post for more details.

Don't look for what others are doing. Make a decision and go with it
